We did it again: launch, scale, and sell an AI product in 4 months. That’s how we did it

It has been a while since my last article here, and that’s the best moment to share this new story about my indie hacking activity.

I have been in this field since the beginning of 2022, during the first Open AI bubble. I surfed the huge wave of a new technology era led by AI, and I’m still here.

Today, I’m going to tell you the story behind AI Web Designer, and how we launched it in Jul-Aug and sold it in Oct in just 3 days.

The beginning

Everything started here. Henrik, my co-founder in this journey, shared with me an idea about an AI Website Builder he wanted to launch.

The timing was perfect. The idea? To be improved for sure, but this is not the priority when you want to test something new.

1 key point in this initial stage — when you only have an idea — is to try to test it as soon as possible, and possibly by spending almost 0$ on it.
