1. Time Management
One of the most important things to manage for launching your side project is your time. Every person on this Earth has 24 hours. Nobody has more than this number.
It seems like a small number of hours, but with the right management of these hours, you can do a lot.
The best thing you can do for managing your time is to put priorities.
In this way, you can give the right attention to the right tasks, at the right time. You don’t need to do everything in the same order.
