Well, I have co-built and co-sold 3 micro-saas, and now I’m managing 2 side businesses, and I always have a full-time job. Then how do I manage my time? What are the focuses? How I manage my time

As mentioned in the introduction, I currently have my own full-time job. I’ve been working as a business analyst for a fintech since January 2022, and it was in 2022 that I sold 3 micro-saas.

In the long term, it is easier to manage your assets. The hardest part is starting, as well as with your time. We all have 24 hours a day. You can’t have more. Unfortunately, it’s the only resource we can’t buy, but I’m sure we would buy that too if there was a chance (remember the movie In Time?)
